Course Objectives:
By the end of this two (2) day training programme, delegates will:
Understand the importance of conducting and structuring a business report with the necessary techniques.
Understand the importance of business reports in making informed business decisions and communicating information to stakeholders.
Identify the key components and structure of an effective business report including executive summaries, introductions ,data analysis results and findings.
Develop skills in synthesizing complex data and presenting it in an easily understandable manner.
Gain confidence in effectively communicating the purpose, content, and implications of business reports.
Understand the role of research and data analysis in supporting the findings and recommendations presented in a business report.
